    Where can I check the state of the roads to get to the station?

    To get an overview of the traffic conditions live (traffic, snow, roadworks, etc.), go to the Infoway 09 website.

    How do I contact the resort's customer service?

    First, check that your answer is not on our website. If necessary, you can contact us:

    • By email at support@cavaskier.com
    • By mail: SAVASEM, Customer Service - Boulevard de la Griole - 09110 Ax-les-Thermes
    • Or you can come directly to meet us at the reception of the resort (from the opening until the closing of the resort in winter, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

    What are the opening and closing dates of the station?

    For the 2021 - 2022 season, the provisional opening dates are as follows:

    • Provisional pre-opening from Saturday December 4, 2021 to Wednesday December 8, 2021
    • Provisional opening on December 11, 2021
    • Provisional closure on Sunday April 4, 2022 at the end of the day

    These dates are likely to vary depending on conditions. Stay tuned, we'll keep you informed!

    What are the station's opening hours?

    The times are as follows:

    Ax - Bonascre gondola:
    • Sunday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    • From Friday to Saturday and every day of school holidays: 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
    Lièvre Blanc chairlift:

    Monday to Friday, outside school holidays: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    Other ski lifts:
    Every day: 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. (gradual opening from 9 a.m. and gradual closing from 4:20 p.m.)


    Bonascre reception (at the foot of the slopes):
    • Monday to Friday (excluding school holidays): 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
    • School holidays and weekends: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.
