TICKET OFFICE AX-LES-THERMES

Are you going up to the station by cable car? Then choose the Ax-Les-Thermes ticket office collection point. You will benefit from priority access.

Every day during school holidays: 8:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Every day except school holidays: 8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

School holidays Zone C + weekends in January and February: 8:15 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

School holidays Zone A and zone B: 8:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

BONASCRE RECEPTION POINT

If you are driving to the resort, come and collect your passes directly from the Bonascre reception point. This reception point is reserved for collecting online orders.

Automatic terminals

Use the withdrawal number indicated in your order confirmation by email to collect your passes at the automatic terminals. Please note that season, multi-station and privilege passes are not eligible for this type of withdrawal.

AUTOMATIC TERMINAL AX-LES-THERMES

Are you going up to the station by gondola? Collect your passes from the automatic terminal in the gondola lobby.

AUTOMATIC TERMINAL BONASCRE

If you are coming to the resort by car, collect your passes in the arrival hall of the Baou gondola lift.
