Travelling up to the resort by gondola? Then choose the Ax-Les-Thermes ticket office as your collection point. You will benefit from priority access.

Zone C school holidays + weekends in January and February: 8:15 am - 5:30 pm

BONASCRE WELCOME POINT
If you drive up to the resort, collect your ski passes directly at the Bonascre welcome point. This desk is reserved for online order collection only.

Self-service machines
Use the collection number shown in your order confirmation email to pick up your ski passes from the self-service machines. Please note that season, multi-resort and privilege passes cannot be collected this way.

Travelling up to the resort by gondola? Collect your ski passes from the self-service machine in the gondola hall.
